Okay well like 25 minutes ago i was roasting hotdogs over the outdoor fireplace for the first time, we did not use the normal metal sticks u are supposedto use in stead we used skewers plastic/metal ones… and it melted and got on my einer… i asked my parents if it was safe, they said yea and i ate it now i have a burning/metal aftertaste….
what does this mean?

i just made some new friends and i dont want to annoy. i wanna make sure their entertained but not look like im trying to hard we have a outdoor fireplace so im thinking of roasting marshmellows and doing somthing…anything?!?!?!?!?! HELP!

Does anyone know of a place where they sell inexpensive fire brick in San Antonio,Tx? I found some for .30 ea. but I need 90 fire bricks for an outdoor fireplace and bar-b-que.

hi. i have a woodburner that i got given and i was originally going to use it for an outdoor fireplace but thoguht becasue my garage gets very cold and i spend alot of time in there making things i would like to install it in there. What do i have to do in order for me to get it in there. obviously it would have to be away from flamable things and i would be putting a guard around it so nothing goes near it.

is it easyer to put it out the roof or window.
And how long does the flu have to be becasue i tried it out outside and i a few sparks kept coming out the top. do i need a longer flu?

In my backyard we have this outdoor fireplace you can light up and I plan on having a summer bonfire. I want to make s’mores (we bought the Hershey’s bars, the marshmallows, and graham crackers), but I was wondering where I could find a stick-like poker we can put the marshmallows on. I don’t want to use real sticks because then we’d have to clean them and my friends are too silly. Thanks and have a great day (especially to any soldiers who fought for this country)!

I’m looking for a terracotta chimney pot to go on an outdoor fireplace. I’ve found plenty in the 00 and up price range. I know there has to be a huge mark-up on these things. I’ve searched and searched and cannot find any less expensive. Know of any Chinese importers that might sell these?
