Looking for company that makes electric motors for earthstove corn & pellet burners?

The stove is an Earthstove model tp-40. The motor is for the cup that feeds the auger

what can i use to control the run time of a 12 volt dc motor?

the motor operates the auger on a pellet stove, the motor is designed to run on a fixed 12 volts, the control board for it is damaged and there are no replacement parts.right now the auger feeds to many pellets to the firebox

the pellets in my enerzone stove do not fall to the bottom of the hopper. I have to manually keep pushing them

do they sell a vibrator to make the pellet fall to the auger or is this a crappy model stove?

pellet stove feeding too quickly?

We just bought a home, and it has an older (1990) Pellet stove. We got it running, and because I have never worked one of these before – Im not sure how quickly it is supposed to feed pellets. However, it seems to be feeding too quickly because the box that gets pellets poured into it gets full very quick, and starts spilling them out – I watched it once I realized this, and a fire had started down below that box because there were enough pellets and apparantly one that was hot started the rest of the extras to catch. I resorted to turning the auger on and off throughout the evening, but I know that it should be able to run without me having to do that…
Any ideas on whats happening and how to fix it?

Technicals: the only knobs for adjustments are On/Off auger, Heat (1-5) and Blower speed. I had it on 5 heat and max blower speed, but I dont think that should’ve caused the pellets to overflow.

Manufacturer- Pyro Industries (which I believe is now Lenox)

Why wont my auger on my pellet stove light?

I have an avalon astoria pellet stove that we bought last winter, it worked fine up until this year. When I put it to automatic/thermostat the auger will NOT light, it will keep dropping pellets but never light. I switch it to manual and it still wont light. I have to use a gel flame additive and light it with a lighter. It gets extremly hot , uncomfortably so. I was wondering if there is a way to fix this problem?

Wood Pellet Stove trouble shooting… HELP!!?

We just bought an older wood pellet stove and it seems that the auger is not putting out enough pellets to keep in going really well. Does anyone know how to trouble shoot the auger motor? I am freezing to death and need some help.

THANK YOU!!!

what wears out on pellet stoves?

they said don’t run it on 5/5 for more than 2 hours, why is that? Granted it’s kicking out 200 degree air (last time I checked metal doesn’t melt anywhere close to that), the auger is running twice as fast and the blower is on high. what would cause this to wear out faster (as they explained in the manual)? and other than the fan and auger motors, what else would wear out?

Pellet stoves. Question? Can anyone help with the start up and how it works. Just bought older model – HELP?

Just bought older pellet stove insert. No instructions. When plugged in motor runs, how do I know when the auger will go on if it works, how do the pellets ignite and what should I look for to know it is working alright and if I have it set correctly.
