Has anyone used rabbit manure in gardening?

I have four indoor rabbits that produce lots of poop. Has anyone used rabbit manure before in gardening? They use a litter box full of wood stove pellets. Does that make any difference to plants?
Anyone interested in buying some?

Protestants Evangelicals Fundies Pentacostals?

Have you ever experienced soaking, you know getting a bunch of people together just lounging around in whatever position that relaxes you and meditating on Jesus. He then visits you in your mediation and physically speaks with you taking you to heaven or any other place your meditating on. And to help with the connection to the holy sprit you throw a beach ball painted with fire kind of like what is painted on a hot rod, to catch the fire . Also with a person going around the room with an electric cord (unplugged) touching you so you can get plugged in to the Spirit

OMG Electric bill is nearly $600!!!!?

I live in the upstairs of a house that has an illegal basement apartment and I split the bills with the man that lives downstairs. He has a hot tub and I"ve been trying for a year to get him to put it on a timer or turn it off for the winter. I’ve talked to the landlady about it several times but nothings ever happens. He pays extra a month for the hot tub which I agreed to a year ago BEFORE I knew anything about hot tubs. The bill is in his name and I know he is going to blame me for the high bill cause I choose to heat the upstairs with energy efficient oil radiator space heaters this winter instead of the gas furnace (he asked me not to use the gas but to use the fireplace instead). I told the landlady I want to put a killawatt on the hot tub but she said no. I don’t know what to do, I cant’ afford my 1/2 of the bill which I know is mostly due to the @*$& hot tub!!!!
He says he needs the hot tub for medical reasons. Also, I live in Seattle and we were snowed in for a couple of weeks and I could see the melted snow all around the hot tub and on the lid were the heat was "leaking" out!!!!
My lease states that we will split the bills 50/50 and that he will pay an extra dollars per bill for the tub.

The August – October bill was 7.

He also has a clothes dryer, an extra freezer and a block heater for his truck.

The land lady is tried of me complaining and is putting us on a month to month lease when my lease is up next week. She is taking over the bills and is raising our rents to cover them.
The hot tub is on 24 hours a day every day, even when we were snowed in!!!
This place has the most amazing view that I could never afford on my salary. She gave me a great deal on the place and I think I understand why now.

Can we remove our chimney/ fireplace just from the 2nd floor and attic?

We have a fireplace we eventually want to add a gas insert to. For now we want to remove the chimney (it leaks and after trying a number of things it still leaks) and repair the roof.

My question is can we remove the chimney in the attic and 2nd floor (the cement blocks and whatever else is there. We are going to remodel the bathroom, so that wall can be opened no problem.

We like the brick fireplace on the first place, and would like it to remain. We are hoping to add a gas insert someday. So will leaving the cement bricks in the basement & first floor be unstable? Or is it fine? Just seems wierd to have this hole from the downstairs fireplace going up to a floor upstairs.

Also – I assume we will need some duct for the gas insert. Can this go out a wall instead of up? Or should we put a vent in now? About how much space does that use up? I assume more than the size of the pipe itself.

Is this something we’d need a mason for or could our general contractor do a lot of it?
Who would actually put in the vent necessary for a gas fireplace, and will we need to know which gas fireplace we’ll buy?

Sorry for so many questions in one. Answering any of them will be appreciated. :-)
How do I know if the chimney is a support for my house?
Our general contractor is a carpenter as is his father (father / son team). Who would I get another opinion from? A mason? A ‘builder’? About what should I expect to pay for this opinion?

Pillsbury Stove Works coal home stove circa. 1900 product links?

Pillsbury stove works apparently manufactured freestanding & fireplace inserts for home heating perhaps late 1890 – 1930? We are trying to refurbish a large project.

We'd like to switch our LP gas furnace to electric… your thoughts?

We have a 2 year old Whirlpool gas furnace and would like to replace it with an electric furnace. The only thing we use gas heat for is our water heater, fireplace, and general heat. All other appliances are electric. How costly would that be to do on a new home, unfinished basement, & What should we consider before making the switch?

Also- we want to switch sources due to what we consider unreasonable gas bills. We live in Missouri & heat our home full blast probably at most 6 months a year. This year we already have paid 00 and from May to February. Does this seem out of the norm to anyone else? Especially when 3 of those months we used almost NO gas whatsoever?

Any input would help! Thanks!

Need an additional heating source for large room with vaulted ceilings.?

I have a 2200 square foot split level home that only has one thermostat (located in the upstairs hallway). My "single" level part of the house is a great room with a living room, dining room & kitchen. It is probably around 800 square feet and has a vaulted ceiling (18 feet at the peak). It is my favorite room of the house but impossible to heat. If I have my thermostat set at 72, my bedroom level gets to 72 but my great room is generally between 50 and 60 degrees in the winter. That is much too cold! So…I’m trying to figure out an alternative heat source that is kid & pet friendly. I’ve been looking at electric fireplaces and pure eden heaters but nothing to serious yet. Oh, and yes the room has a ceiling fan but it basically just moves the cold air around right now. Any suggestions?
Our house is forced air heat and is fueled by propane. Propane is expensive in Central NY. Additionally, turning up the thermostat isn’t an option because it just gets too hot up in the bedrooms. The fan is on its lowest setting and is switched to push the air down.

Can I convert my carburetor to burn 100% ethanol?

I have a 1969 Mustang with a 351W motor that I would like to be able to burn 100 percent ethanol in. I expect I’ll have to re-jet the carburettor; and replace the gas tank, fuel pump, & fuel lines with stainless steel products to accomodate the corrosiveness. Any one have any experience with this or can you refer me to any articles on this type of conversion? Can the cast-aluminum carburettor handle the ethanol’s corrosiveness?
