real estate advice in pennsylvania?
if there is a house in pa with four bedrooms, two and a half baths, almost three thousand square feet, a balcony, a small yard with a fence, deck, and some woods with a creek and a pellet stove in the two story family room, is it reasonable to expect to get over three hundred thousand for it? ps- not in a big city.
thanks everyone. im in south central pa if that helps.

PA is a big state, you are grasping at straws here. It is reasonable in some areas, but plop that in others, NO. BTW, a pellet stove is not an upgrade.

It REALLY depends on where it is. If it was in Montgomery, Chester or Bucks counties then I might pay that much depending on where. But the farther west you go… then no.
