like pikachu with ears or like hello kitty.. cause ive seen those… i live in california near LA… i suspect an asian plaza would have them but where !?

every time i start my wood burning stove i get smoke in the house untill it gets warmed up. so when its cold out i always get smoke in, how come and how do i stop it, its not a fireplace its a wood burning stove

I used to have a gas stove and a griddle. I’d turn on the broiler in the oven, place the griddle in there to preheat, season my strip steak (vacuum packed is the way to go!) and slap it on the griddle with a little high temp spray oil and have me a great steak for dinner.

Now I have this electric stove crap and when I tried the same thing, I d**n near set the house on fire. The stove smoked like no body’s business!

Any other suggestions for making a great steak on an electric stove? I can’t find any stove top griddles for electric eye stoves and I really miss my steaks.

(I have no problem using the propane grill outside but it freezing outside right now and I’m not crazy!)

I want to know the maximum temperature in a wood burning fireplace.

if i use a fleece blanket for my 2 guinea pigs in their cage and on the corner of the cage a container thing with wood pellets in it and they use that as their toilet and never pee or poop ever on the fleece blanket would i ever have to change the fleece blanket or just the pellets in the container thing. please answer asap (as soon as posible)

I have a 12-inch cast iron skillet and an anodized aluminum nonstick 5-qt saute pan. The skillet makes proper fond when cooking meat, but I can’t deglaze with anything acidic (like wine) or I mess up the pan’s seasoning. How can I make good pan sauces with my nonstick pan?
